Sometimes you get clients who you kind of sort of knew before, but after a year+ of chatting about wedding details and such you actually be come friends. So with that being said, this is my friend Savanah! Her and her hubby Patrick may look familiar because I did their engagement session before at Florida Southern College! Within the year between Patrick and Savanah’s engagement shoot and the Mullen wedding was full of text messages of selected bridesmaids dresses, reception decor, bunny cake toppers and the progress on transforming Mrs. Palen’s wedding dress into her daughters. There were phone chats and even a visit out to Bok Tower to scout out locations! Needless to say all parties were pretty pumped about this day!

We started out at the lakefront AirBnB the girls got to stay in. The tunes were playing and the mimosas were flowing! Savanah opened her gift from Patrick and the bridesmaids opened their gifts as well. Meanwhile, the boys were hanging out in their hotel suite. Patrick gave all his groomsmen watches that the guys were psyched about. Patrick himself marveled at the amazing scrapbook that his wife-to-be put together for him. I have to say, it was the most impressive scrapbook of memories I’ve ever seen! Bok Tower Gardens was our picture-esque location for the day. If you’re a local and you’ve never been to Bok Tower, I highly recommend it! There are a ton of places to see and each and every one of them are beautiful. It’s seriously a STUNNING backdrop for a wedding ceremony. The Mullen wedding ceremony was perfect. Despite the heat, everyone present witness a beautiful wedding officiated by Michael DeArruda. The two exchanged their own personalized vows and were married! The reception was so much fun! There was dancing and food for all! Even I got in on the dancing action. It was definitely a party to remember. In fact the day as a whole was very memorable and I was so honored to be a part of it!
