I get it, because I've been there! Your wedding day is full of excitement, but it goes by in a flash. In a blink of an eye you'll go from waking up with butterflies in your stomach, to climbing into your getaway car. It truly is a once-in-a-lifetime day and I want to help you never forget it!
My process with my couples is simple, to-the-point communication, and most importantly a lot of FUN! On this page, I'll walk you through the steps of what you can expect when booking me as your wedding photographer.

“Jenna was such an amazing photographer. We had a small intimate wedding in St Augustine Florida with just immediate family. It was a new place and different atmosphere than Jenna was used to and she knocked it out of the park. 01. Inquire
Your wedding is suppose to be one of the most special days of your life – so it only makes sense that you'd want to recruit vendors who are going to best execute your wedding vision. I like to schedule coffee dates or zoom meetings before booking to see if my style matches your vision.
02. Get to Know You Meeting
If you decide after the "get to know you" meeting that you'd like to move forward, I'll send over my Collection brochure for you and your partner to take a look at. I'll happily answer any questions you may have about the collections and add-on options and then – BOOK YOUR DATE!
03. Book
To be officially booked and to have your date saved for your wedding and your wedding alone, I ask for a signed contract and a 40% booking deposit. Contract is super easy and all electronic and you'll have the option to pay the deposit online as well. Easy as pie! And then, the real fun begins!
04. Deposits and Contracts
Once you're officially booked we'll move onto scheduling your engagement shoot. During this session you'll tell me you're awkward with pictures and then I'll wow you with how amazing y'all actually look! Engagement sessions are meant to be a fun and get you acquainted with my shooting style.
05. Engagement Shoot
A unique day needs a tailor-fit timeline! About 6 weeks to a month out from your wedding date, we'll schedule our month-out meeting to go over all the final details. I'll put together a custom timeline for you and your planning / coordinating team to approve so we're ready to go on the big day.
06. Month Out Meeting
Shortly after our month-out meeting, I'll send over the final invoice for you to get paid. Final invoices aren't due until the day before the wedding, but I like to send it a month out so you can get it paid ahead of time and can sit back and relax on the wedding day.
07. Final Invoice
It's here... the actual wedding day! With your custom timeline and shot list ready to go, my second shooter and I will spend all day capturing your best day! Then at the end of the night we'll hopefully be sad to say goodbye because it will mean this process is coming to an end :(
08. Wedding Day!
Within the week after your wedding, I'll send over a wedding preview gallery for you both to enjoy while you're living it up on your honeymoon. Then 6-8 weeks later I'll deliver your full wedding gallery for you to cherish and share with family and friends.
09. Gallery Delivery!
After you've received your full gallery, you'll have the option to purchase prints to fill the frames of in your home with. Or if you'd like to print from a third party company, I can provide you with a printing release. You can also pay for a custom linen or leather bound photo album that I'll create for you.
10. Albums and Prints
